juice recipe for detox.
2 green apples.
1 pear, stalk removed
1 inch piece of ginger
Method
1. juice the ingredients using a juice extractor.
2. Stir to combine and server with ice.
Taste:
gingery smell, apple taste with ginger aftertaste.
apple and pear are low in fat. Ginger juice helps in
digestion and clears flatulence.
