Simple Detox Program




Detoxification is not just for IBS people but for everyone who wants a healthy body.
The environment we currently live in is contaminated with toxins - the food we eat. This about it! How many processed food have you eaten the past week? The air we breathe in is full of pollutants.

Detox need not be a complicated affair. Here is a simple juice recipe for detox.

2 green apples.
1 pear, stalk removed
1 inch piece of ginger

Method
1. juice the ingredients using a juice extractor.
2. Stir to combine and server with ice.

Taste:
gingery smell, apple taste with ginger aftertaste.

apple and pear are low in fat. Ginger juice helps in digestion and clears flatulence.

Best taken after meals.
